Road to Redemption returns as Mama June Family Crisis in May this year. However, news arrived that there’s a real crisis going on. One of June’s daughters reportedly got diagnosed with stage four cancer. On March 30, her mom shared it on Instagram stories, and when folks tracked down the article, they reacted with sorrow. So, who is ill with a life-threatening disease? Read on to find out.

Often, folks complain that the WETv show is scripted and poorly acted. However, when it comes to real life, things really can go wrong. If you hadn’t heard, the devastating news involves Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell. June has four daughters, Anna Cardwell, Jessica Shannon, Lauryn (Pumpkin) Efird, and Alana Thompson. Actually, at one stage, WEtv fans hoped that all of the daughters, plus their cousin, Amanda, (Doe Doe’s daughter), might get a weight loss spinoff. Instead, a new season of the old show returns.

It’s not clear if the new season of Mama June Family Crisis will feature news about Anna. Actually, it sounds like recent news, and she seldom appears on the show anyway. Possibly, she wouldn’t want the whole world to follow her fight against cancer. Actually, with Anna being ill, it might be a very good thing that June married Justin. Despite the opinion of her daughter, Honey Boo Boo, he does seem to stand by his wife and gives her a lot of support. This doesn’t sound like an easy journey.

Mama June Family Crisis: Annas Cardwell Stage 4 Cancer

TMZ shared the news on Instagram as well, and the headline seemed very alarming. It said, “…CHickadee” Diagnosed With Stage 4 Cancer.”  Redirecting to the article, it sounds severe and extremely worrying for the family. There the outlet wrote, “28-year-old Anna was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January. She initially was complaining about stomachaches and a series of tests were conducted, which is when the cancer was discovered in her liver, kidney and lung.”

Fans of Mama June Family Crisis heard that the entire family will pull together to try and help Anna. Naturally, doctors didn’t hang about with treatment, and apparently, she already started chemo. Loads of loving and practical support go her way from her boyfriend, Eldridge. Meanwhile, the rest of them help to look after her kids, Kaitlyn and Kylee, aged 10 and seven respectively.

Mama June Family Crisis fans rook to the comment section on TMZ’s Instagram. One of them said, “That’s just heartbreaking ?.” Of course, some people offer their prayers, but one person noted, “These people live tragic lives .. ?.”

Meanwhile, other people, who survived stage 4 cancer offered some comforting anecdotes about their fight with the disease.

One of them shared, “I am stage 4 and been living 2 years.” Actually, these days, big advances were made in cancer treatment. So hopefully, Anna Chickadee Cardwell is one of the good statistics.
