Mama June: Dralin Carswell Gets Indicted On Four Counts By Grand Jury

Mama June fans seem very suspicious of Dralin Carswell, an older man who started dating Alana Thomspon, (Honey Boo Boo) when she was still at school. Several things worried them about him but their concerns were scorned by Pumpkin, (Lauryn Efird) and her younger sister. This week, Dralin was indicted on four counts relating to his arrest in late February.

Mama June – Dralin Carswell Was  Arrested More Than Once

WETV fans were shocked to find out that Honey Boo Boo’s boyfriend had previously been arrested on allegations of statutory rape. Social media sleuths dug around and discovered that like Alana, the girl involved was younger than him and was still a student. The charges were dropped and so he must be presumed innocent. However, fans thought it didn’t look good for Honey Boo Boo.

Mama June fans later heard that Dralin Craswell allegedly had someone in the car with him when he refused to stop for the cops. Allegedly, an unregistered firearm was in the car along with a sizable amount of weed. Unfortunately, so was Alana. When Pumpkin spoke about it, she went off at fans who expressed their concern for the teenager. This week, the legal process moved on and Dralin Cardwell was indicted.

The Sun reported that Honey Boo Boo’s boyfriend was “indicted by a grand jury after his arrest for allegedly driving under the influence and attempting to flee police.” While Pumpkin made light of his arrest, claiming it was just because Dralin is Black, the courts seem to take his behavior very seriously.

Mama June fans who saw the list might be a bit shocked. Did they throw the book at him? According to the outlet, he faces the following charges:

• “fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer,
• driving under the influence (controlled substance),
• driving under the influence (drugs), and
• giving false information to a law enforcement officer.“

Interestingly, no mention was made of the alleged firearm. However, that might pertain to the other male who was with them.

Mama June – Fans Fear Alana Thomspon Is Making A Mistake

Mama June fans really seem concerned for Alana. For a start, she’s off to college, and fans worry because Dralin is going with her. It’s not about living together that worries them, but that college with a steady boyfriend will mean she might miss out on a lot of social fun. Additionally, they fear he might distract her from her studies.
