Little People, Big World spoilers, news, and updates reveal that, according to The Sun US, the TLC personality recently began construction on a new home on his $4 million farm in Oregon. Now that the work is well underway, Matt, 61, took a break from the hard work to commemorate the occasion with a “guys’ night” at the cabin on his farm.

Matt took a shot of the cabin and shared it on Instagram for his followers to see where he was spending the night. The image of the cozy digs showed an old-fashioned log cabin with two white rocking chairs on the porch and an old whiskey barrel for a table. The cabin was aptly titled with a sign that read “Grandpa’s Cabin.”

The Roloff Family patriarch captioned the cabin snap with “A little break from the build… Guys night at the cabin… Ty, Bill, Chris and me hanging out as warm as toast inside while the rain/snow poured down outside. The little wood stove got so warm we had to keep the door open for awhile.”

Fans were reportedly appalled to see that Matt had included his ex-wife Amy’s new husband Chris for a so-called “guys’ night” on the farm. “I bet Amy didn’t like it that much!” one slammed. Matt, however, was quick to return the serve, writing, “No? Why not? It was her that I called to set it up. Amy’s a pretty secure and mature woman.”

Fans were not done at that though and another continued, writing, “Actually it is disrespectful to Amy,” to which Matt clapped back with, “Ah…you think so? That’s pretty bold.” A third follower wrote, “I can tell it bothers Amy but she is just a good sport. So disrespectful to her.”

Little People, Big World – Matt Roloff’s New Build Progresses

Matt and Chris’s bonding came as the Roloff patriarch broke ground on his new home construction. The father of four detailed his progress with a photo of his brand-new farmhouse he shared on Sunday. It showed the foundation being laid.
