Little People Big World: Matt Roloff Relists Farm For Sale

During Little People, Big World (LPBW) Season 23, Matt Roloff clashed with the rest of the family when he decided to sell off a portion of Roloff Farms.

That was the piece of land that Amy sold to him. In the meantime, Zach and Tori Rolof chose to move to Washington after he refused to sell it to them. Now, it’s been relisted and the asking price dropped.

Initially, Matt was going to put the place with the big house on the market for $4 million. However, people who knew the property market decided to try and sell the idea of making the place into a luxury BNB.

At one stage, Matt talked about how his own family might stay there from time to time. Those who booked the place could experience an actual working farm.

Little People Big World fans went to look at the house which had been refurbished and saw that it looked very nice.

Certainly, the 3D photos gave a nice virtual tour of the place. But that was seven months ago. How many people stayed there wasn’t clear. Now, the news arrived that Matt relisted it, and this time the price lowered by about $700K.

Little People Big World Spoilers – Relisted Ahead Of Pumpkin Season

The Pumpkin season agritainment event which usually happens in October will go ahead again this year. Last year, TLC fans stressed that it might not happen because of the sale of the farm. However, some massive projects were undertaken to relocate a few of the main attractions to the other side of the farm. Probably, there’s little need for Pumpkin season ticket holders to worry about the fate of the portion that was just relisted for sale.

The Sun reported that the Little People Big World patriarch relisted the land for sale. The outlet wrote, “…the property is back on the market for a slash in price. According to Realtor, the five bed, three-and-a-half bathroom home is back on the market for $3,395,000.” 

Little People Big World – Busy Time On The Farm

On social media, The Little People Big World patriarch didn’t say anything about relisting the farm for sale.

However, he did say that it’s a busy time right now as they prepare for the Pumpkin season. That came when he shared that he visited his mom in Arizona on the anniversary of the passing of his dad, Ronald.
