King Charles Has Not Invited Prince Harry And Meghan Markle To Balmoral This Summer

Queen Elizabeth, he certainly is not. There’s a new report that suggests King Charles has supposedly rescinded his ‘open invitation’ to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to visit Balmoral this summer.

In other words, the King of England is not going to sit around and wait for his son and daughter-in-law to take their time in responding to his invite or worse, snub him. Here’s what you need to know.

Clearly, King Charles is not wanting to play games with Harry and Meghan anymore. That’s why he’s decided that it’s not worth inviting them back to the UK, knowing all too well that they wouldn’t show up anyway.

Not only that, but one source close to the situation told the Daily Mail: “Relations between father and son, I understand, are still not good, although the family feel encouraged by claims that Harry and Meghan are now determined to focus on the future rather than family recriminations.”

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for many royal fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter.

Some have taken to social media to write comments such as, “Oh here we go. Will he come? No he won’t come. Was he even invited? No he wasn’t invited. How could he be such a bad son when his father needs him? Chuckles is a great father (not) and on and on,” along with, “The Sussexes have their own obligations and Harry has a full summer schedule. Why should he disrupt things to show up at Balmoral to be vilified by the British media.”

King Charles Is Still Bitter About Prince Harry

Another critic wrote, “Harry rarely visited Balmoral as an adult while the Queen was alive. He most likely chooses not to revisit the place where he first learned of his mother’s death.

The next time we’ll see them across the pond is for a funeral. Especially since they can’t pay for their own protection.”

So far Harry and Meghan have not made any comments about their future travel plans.
