Chrisley Knows Best

Julie Chrisley Can’t Have Visitors In Prison, Why Not?

Fans found out that Julie Chrisley can’t have visitors in prison. She’s currently serving her seven-year prison sentence at the Federal Medical Center Lexington. The prison started turning away visitors. Keep on reading to find out why.

Lexington FMC Closed To Visitors

One fan took to Reddit to share this new information. It turns out that the Lexington FMC suspended outside visits. It typically happens when the Operational Level Index is raised when there’s a COVID-19 outbreak. The official website for the prison has a big red banner stating they’re suspending visitors until further notice. Some fans wonder if it’s related to COVID or the extreme heat.

Other fans took to the thread to share their thoughts. Savannah hasn’t mentioned this latest development on an episode of her Unlocked podcast. She would normally rant about how unfair it is that she can’t visit her mom Julie Chrisley. Savannah would claim the prison is personally denying her mom visitors.

“They won’t be able to hide heat complaints. Julie will have Savannah complain. She should be making podcasts about it eventually. Lol,” one fan noted.

“Anxiously waiting to see who’ll complain first, Savannah or Lindsie,” another added.

Savannah often shares these details on her podcast. She still feels that both of her parents are innocent and she will do whatever it takes to get them out of prison. However, one fan noted that it’s common for prisons to have a lockdown to search for contraband, which happens about once per week.

Julie Chrisley – Can’t Get Visitors

Fans are wondering why Julie Chrisley can’t get visitors. There is no more information on the website that explains why. Some are placing bets that their kids wouldn’t be able to stand the heat conditions. It would just make them complain more.

Others said that Lindsie Chrisley would complain even though she doesn’t visit Julie. She would find a way to make this situation about her. Another fan noted that the prison opened its doors again just a few days ago. It might’ve been closed because of the hot weather.

However, it’s expected to be hot in Kentucky later this week. Temperatures are currently in the upper 80s and 90s, which means that temperatures inside the prison are in the 100s.

Both Julie and Todd Chrisley’s prisons don’t have a running air conditioner due to the extreme conditions. The generator gave up running because the conditions have been so hot. So it’s likely the prison will be closed to visitors again.

What are your thoughts on Julie Chrisley not getting visitors? Does this surprise you? Do you think it’s COVID or heat-related? Sound off below in the comment section.
