According to the Counting On spoilers, Josh Duggar had a depressing Christmas. His family didn’t visit him, including his wife Anna Duggar.

The TLC star is serving his 151-month sentence for child pornography at FCI Seagoville in Dallas, Texas. Josh is hoping that the U.S. Supreme Court will take a good look at his case, so he can get out of prison early.

In the meantime, Josh spent Christmas all by himself. TMZ reported that he enjoyed Cornish hen with chicken gravy, mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls.

The prison also has side dishes, such as cheese and rice casserole and holiday pies. Josh’s wife Anna Duggar has visited him in prison. However, his parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar refuse to visit him in jail.

The Counting On spoilers suggest they want to avoid the prison during Christmas. They hardly visit Josh as it is, an insider claims. As fans already know, Josh is on the outs with his sisters for obvious reasons. He confessed to sexually assaulting his sisters when they were younger.

“Jim Bob and Michelle don’t ever come, and his sisters don’t want to see him,” an insider told In Touch. “Josh is the family pariah now, shunned and scorned.”

Counting On Spoilers: Josh Duggar Files Appeal

The Counting On spoilers reveal that Josh Duggar’s legal team filed an appeal for his sentencing. They also requested a new trial. They filed the appeal in June 2022, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit upheld his conviction in October 2022. Josh was initially scheduled for release on August 12, 2032, but it was extended to October 2, 2032.

He was transported to the prison’s Special Housing Unit (SHU) for allegedly possessing a cell phone. According to the Counting On spoilers, several of Josh’s family members have spoken out against him.

Only his wife Anna Duggar is sticking by his side. His parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar still support him and pay for his legal fees even if they don’t visit him in prison.
