Josh Duggar Is Upset That His Phone Was Illegally Taken Away From Him

It looks like he was expecting a little celebrity treatment but that is one thing that he will definitely not be getting, at least not during his time behind bars. There’s a new report that says reality television star Josh Duggar, who has been accused of sexually molesting his own sisters and being in possession of some very disturbing child pornography, is apparently upset that the police supposedly took his phone away. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of The Globe, Josh Duggar still thinks that he is innocent. In fact, he is trying to appeal his 2021 child pornography conviction by claiming that authorities in his case illegally took his phone away while he was trying to call his lawyer. Not that it should make much of a difference as a lot of the porn that was in his possession was actually found on his personal computer. Still, it seems like Josh is trying to find any kind of loophole here to get him out of jail.

The publication also says that Josh’s lawyer told the court that his client’s constitutional rights were violated when lawmen raided his car dealership in Arkansas, where they discovered all of the disturbing child pornography.

Josh Duggar – What’s Next For Josh Duggar?

As many fans can recall, Josh Duggar made headlines back in 2015 when it was reported that he sexually molested four of his younger sisters while he was still a teen. If that weren’t enough, he also reportedly cheated on his wife by using an Ashley Madison account. Unfortunately for his family, his arrest was made only a few short days before he and Anna announced that they were expecting their seventh child together.

Also, after it was reported that Josh had molested his sisters, TLC was quick to pull the plug on their family’s reality show, 19 Kids & Counting, but they later awarded the Duggars with their own spin-off show, Counting On, which primarily focused on Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar’s family lives.
