Jason Duggar Shocks Fans With His Latest Broken Rule

Of all the rule breakers in the Duggar family, Jason is currently the most shocking rule breaker of them all. The shocking part is that no one saw him coming. In an already deleted post on Instagram shared by the 23-year-old, Jason uploaded a shirtless photo of him and his friend in a gym.

In case you didn’t quite catch that, I repeat, a shirtless photo. And for clarity purposes, Jim, 58, and his wife Michelle, 57, made tons of strict rules for their 19 children to adhere to while growing up under his roof. Although the rules were mostly for the females, the males weren’t exempted.

When it comes to the Duggar family, the females are forbidden to put on pants or clothes that would bare their arms.

The females must in all their lives always put on feminine regalia such as gowns and skirts, where the gowns and skirts are not long enough, I.e. a little above the knee, they must put on pant hosts to cover the part of their legs that show. On no account would they be seen putting on short clothes, in fact, it’s a taboo.

In the already deleted picture, Jason and his male friend only wore black shorts and white sneakers. Although Jason realized his error after uploading it, it was too late. A fan had already screenshot the photo and shared it on Reddit.

After the screenshot made its way to Reddit, a critic commented, “F**king hell, it feels extra weird to see a Duggar nipple. Had it been any other dude I wouldn’t think twice.”

A second wrote, “He looks so sheepish in this pic. Like he feels unsure about showing off this much skin and what people will think when he posts it.”

The third commenter asked, “Remember when the Duggar boys had to wear jeans to run a mile race because shorts were immodest? Checkmate, JB!”

Prompting the fourth to also ask, “So his sisters would be immodest for wearing pants, and his mother was ‘defrauding’ for being a cheerleader in high school, but it’s fine for him to post a shirtless gym selfie? How much would he care if his wife wore a sports bra to the gym?”

This is not the first time the reality tv alum has shocked fans with his rule-breaking skills. The last time was when he revealed that he had begun cooking. In the Duggar dynasty, the females are in charge of everything food, the males are not allowed in the kitchen.

However, Jason broke that rule when he shared a picture of a plate of food he made himself and proceeded to write that he had been consciously learning how to cook for the past six weeks.

The food picture featured a white plate of homemade fried chicken and roasted potatoes with the caption, “Trying my hand at cooking for six weeks: my hope is to create a healthy, lifestyle cooking habit.” The food looked so impressive that fans couldn’t help but cheer him on for breaking one of the family rules.

Taking the picture to a forum with a fan account, someone wrote, “Jason is ‘trying [his] hand at cooking for six weeks’ – it’s about time you learned to do that instead of having Jill and Jana do it!” It’s worthy of note that Jana, 33, and Jill, 32, and Jim’s eldest daughters are both married but Jason, 23, is still single.
