Jason Duggar Joins The Rule Breakers After Breaking One Of Jill’s Strict Family Rules

If every Duggar sibling who has broken any or all of Dad Jim Bob Duggar’s rules has a group chat, Jason Duggar should be added as their newest member and the chat name should be ‘The Rule Breakers.’ This is because Jason has recently secured his name in the list of Jim’s children who have comfortably broken his strict laid-out rules.

Jason Duggar — Breaking Rules?

In case you’re new to the “Counting On” family story, Jim, 58, and his wife Michelle, 57, made a litany of extremely strict rules for their 19 children to adhere to while growing up under his roof. The rules were mostly for the females.

When it comes to the Duggar family, the females are forbidden to put on pants or clothes that would bare their arms.

The females must in all their lives always put on feminine regalia such as gowns and skirts, where the gowns and skirts are not long enough, I.e. a little above the knee, they must put on pant hosts to cover the part of their legs that show.

On no account would they be seen putting on short clothes, in fact, it’s a taboo. The females are in charge of everything food, the males are not allowed in the kitchen.

Any form of piercings or tattoos are also prohibited from the family, the list goes on. Well, despite all these rules, some of Jim’s children have broken them and Jason has joined the list.

Jason Duggar — What Is Jason Duggar Doing In The Kitchen?

Among the list of rules mentioned above is a rule where cooking was made for only the women. In a recent Instagram post, Jason, 23, shared a picture of a plate of food he made himself and proceeded to write that he has been consciously learning how to cook for the past six weeks.

The food picture featured a white plate of homemade fried chicken and roasted potatoes with the caption, “Trying my hand at cooking for six weeks: my hope is to create a healthy, lifestyle cooking habit.” The food looked so impressive that fans couldn’t help but cheer him on for breaking one of the family rules.

Taking the picture to a forum with a fan account, someone wrote, “Jason is ‘trying [his] hand at cooking for six weeks’ – it’s about time you learned to do that instead of having Jill and Jana do it!” It’s worthy of note that Jana, 33, and Jill, 32, and Jim’s eldest daughters are both married but Jason, 23, is still single.

Another ran into the comments section screaming, “Sound the alarms, I see some rosemary! Actual spices?? He’s learning.”

Another wrote, “I’m kinda impressed, to be honest, not at the cooking, but the seasoning?” Before adding, “That’s breaking some type of generational curse,” the same contributor shared.”

Meanwhile a fourth mocked: “At first I was overly optimistic and thought those were Brussels sprouts. What was I thinking?”
