Jacob Roloff Reveals His Dream For The Future

Jacob Roloff took to his Instagram this weekend and opened up about his dreams for the future. As usual, when the Little People Big World alum posts, he seldom dumps and runs. Instead, he responds to his followers. Mind you, he’s not one to tolerate critics or those who assume too much about his life. However, it’s always interesting to see what he says about life because he seems so very different from his brothers, Zach and Jeremy.

Jacob Roloff  – Doesn’t Seem To Act Entitled 

Possibly the biggest problem that TLC fans had with Zach and Jeremy, is that they both seemed to act entitled to take over Roloff Farms. Recall, both of them were upset because their dad, Matt wouldn’t just sell them a portion of the land. Meanwhile, Jacob just works and doesn’t seem to hanker to take over and be the annual hero of a Pumpkin Patch event. In fact, the youngest son took off and went off to learn about farming legally cultivating marijuana, hemp, and other plants on a completely different piece of land.

Jacob Roloff maintained his privacy when he dated and then married Isabel Rock. However, they welcomed Mateo and moved to Hillsborough. Actually, he helps his dad work the farm and Isabel became involved in the Pumpkin Season last year. Naturally, interest rises because so many LPBW fans believe that he’s all set to take over his dad;’s farms. However, that doesn’t seem to be his biggest ambition in life. He’s got dreams but they might not be quite in tune with where Matt’s land is right now.

This weekend, Isabel’s husband posted a photo of some holes in the ground. In his caption, he said, “My cousin Max and old bud Nick helped me dig through the gravel and clay in the greenhouse for this years plants.” Next, he discussed the depth, size, and technical things of growing plants. In the comments, people asked questions or assumed things.

Jacob Roloff answered one person by saying, “I am not a property owner and have no prospects of becoming one.” So clearly, that rules out him inheriting the whole thing and becoming the next Matt. That came after the fan wondered, “Is this on your dad’s farm or property you have separately?” However, that doesn’t rule out him possibly leasing some land either from the Little People Big World patriarch or from someone else. Next, he elaborated on his dream.

Jacob Roloff   – A Herb Garden Business

One LPBW follower asked Jacob Roloff, “Im sorry, your dream is to grow pot?” Well, he does, and he seems particularly talented at it. Nevertheless, he’s about so much more than that. In his reply, he said, “no I already grow pot my dream is to run a market farm that sells everything from Herb to Veggie.” Next, he tagged his Helvetia Herb and Garden page on Instagram.

Later, he expanded a bit more. He said, “I hope to have something like @frithfarm one day. With interns and education and enough income from market farming [so] that I can hire.” For now, he seems to rely on family and friends to help him get going.

If you watched Matt Roloff chatting with Alec Lace on the First Class Fatherhood podcast a few years ago, you might recall that he seemed interested in his youngest son’s organic approach to growing plants.
