Is The Young And The Restless Killing Off Nikki Newman?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease danger ahead for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

And, by the end of this week her life will be on the line.  Is the CBS soap killing off Nikki Newman?  Here’s what viewers can expect on The Young and the Restless next week.

It will be revealed that Nikki is headed out of town to visit her older sister Casey Reed, a Young And The Restless character no one has seen or heard of in almost thirty years.

The Young And The Restless – Nikki Newman’s Trip Goes South

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will comfort Nikki and reassure her when she gets cold feet about the trip, then he sends her on her way and convinces her everything will be fine.  But, according to Y&R spoilers, everything is NOT fine.

The Young and the Restless promo for next week shows Nikki Newman being attacked from behind, and stabbed in the neck with a syringe!  Nikki’s attacker is none other than her beloved new protege, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

Since Claire arrived in Genoa City, it was clear to viewers she was up to no good.  We knew she had some sort of agenda, and fans have been racking their brains trying to figure out who her Aunt Jordan could be.

But, nobody (especially Nikki) realized just how sinister and dangerous Claire really is.

Y&R Spoilers – Is Melody Thomas Scott Leaving Y&R

It’s unclear if Claire is trying to kill Nikki Newman or just knock her unconscious and kidnap her.

There’s no reason to think Nikki won’t survive the attack.  It’s highly unlikely The Young and the Restless is planning on killing off Melody Thomas Scott’s character any time soon, regardless of what the rumor mill is saying.
