On April 24, Janelle Brown took to her Instagram account and shared an old throwback photo of herself in a confessional on the show. She stated, “I earned that long ago and have been reminded in the past few years…that in our world, you have to be your own hero.” Then she explained more in her caption.

The video also had photos of and clips of Janelle working out. The Sister Wives star wrote, “I made this reel and then chickened out from posting it,” adding “I literally posted the last screen instead of the reel – just a few minutes ago. Why? Because I was afraid. I didn’t want to be uncomfortable.”
