Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) has lived in Salem for decades now. When she first arrived, she brought along her son, Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo).

Lucas was eventually revealed to be the son of Bill Horton (Christopher Stone) making him the half-sister of Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves).

Lucas wasn’t Kate’s only child. She is also the mother of Billie Reed (Lisa Rinna), Austin Reed (Austin Peck), Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Cassie Brady (Alexis Havins).

Kate is fiercely protective of her children and there aren’t many lines she wouldn’t cross to protect her children.

Kate is definitely a force to be reckoned with. In both her professional and person life, Kate has made many enemies over the years.

She rarely approves of her children’s love interests, sometimes going as far as to scheme against them.

No one has earned Kate’s hate more than Vivian Alamaine (Louise Sorel) . These two have tried to kill each other several times over the years, but somehow both of them still live to fight again another day.

Kate has been involved with several men over the years. She was very much in love with Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston), but that romance eventually fizzled out.

Similarly, she has had relationships with Stefano DiMera (the late Joe Mascolo), Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) among others.

There is one man who Kate hasn’t been able to get out of her system and that is Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).

Roman never stopped loving Kate over the years but her propensity to scheme and lie kept them apart for many years. But Roman eventually accepted that part of Kate and they were married.

Currently, Kate and Roman are living a happy life while Roman runs the Brady Pub. Kate may not be as involved in Salem happenings as she once was, but she isn’t going anywhere. It’s only a matter of time before Kate launches a new scheme, but will her marriage survive it?
