Honey Boo Boo is the youngest daughter of Mama June, who stayed under the care of her sister. She grew up with Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon when their mother was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia last January 2021. Alana was known for posting pictures on TikTok and other social media accounts showing her thick and long eyelashes and long art nails. She constantly received backlash from her followers for her appearance.

Honey Boo Boo – Expresses Her Love For Mama June

During one of their therapy sessions, Honey Boo Boo couldn’t hide her tears as she voiced out her feelings for Mama June. It all started when Pumpkin expressed her disappointment when their mother previously kept her distance away from her children every time they reach out to her. Dr. Ish then told Mama June that her daughters need her who will make them feel like “the most important person” in her life.

Moreover, the therapist let Mama June reach out to Alana’s hand as she expressed her love for her daughter. In return, Honey Boo Boo also stated her feelings as she longed for a mother’s presence during the most important moments of her life. The youngest child cried her heart out and Mama June approached her daughter with arms wide open.

The two then shared a loving embrace after a very long time of not being with each other’s lives. “This is the first time Mama’s actually gave me a hug in probably about five or six years. It feels good to get an actual loving hug from your mama. It really did feel nice, I’m not gonna lie,” Honey Boo Boo uttered in her confessional.

Mama June – Expresses Her Sentiments In Reconnecting To Her Children

In other news, the 43-year-old reality star got a moment with her therapist, Dr. Ish, and talked about Mama June’s relationship with her daughters. Right after her heartbreaking experiences in prison, the matriarch tried to build a connection with her children once again. “To be honest, I can never really honestly make up for what I’ve done. I mean this is the truth – I can never make up for what I’ve done in the past,” she uttered.

Mama June had a lot of shortcomings as a mother, especially to her youngest child, Honey Boo Boo. The young lady has to stay with her sister, Pumpkin, while their mom faced her past consequences. However, after all the painful moments of her life, Mama June tried to get back on track and vowed to be the “best person” for her girls.

Moreover, she expressed her excitement to spend more time with her daughters and be the mother they truly deserve. “You sound like a mom today. A mom who wants their daughters back today and my guess is your daughters want their mother back,” Dr. Ish stated.
