GH Wild Speculation: Is Sasha Secretly A Quartermaine — And Austin’s Sister?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) had never spoken much about her parents. When she came to Port Charles in the first place, she pretended to have an entirely different past than she really did. Of course, her whole life was a lie at that time as she was being paid off by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to pretend she was Nina’s long-lost birth daughter.

When that fraud blew up on Nina’s wedding day to Valentin, Sasha was certain she would never have a relationship with Nina again, but she was wrong. Nina was still able to forgive her and they’ve since become and remained friends. Still, Sasha has been through quite a lot, and although her mother-in-law, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) tries to be there for her, it’s not the same as having her own parents.

All we know is that Sasha was raised by a single mother and never knew her father. When her mother died, Sasha’s grandmother continued to raise her until her passing years later when Sasha was an adult. Sasha doesn’t seem concerned with finding out who her biological father is, but that storyline could come to fruition in parallel to her close friend, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) stumbling upon the truth about her own birth family. Will Sasha find a reason to track down her dad now that she’s lost so much family?

GH Spoilers – Hint Jimmy Lee Holt Might Be Her Dad

Jimmy Lee Holt (Steve Bond) came into the Quartermaine family orbit years ago claiming to be the illegitimate child of Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle). It is possible that Sasha’s mother was one of many women Jimmy Lee was entangled with years ago.

We’re hoping it wasn’t Celia Quartermaine (Sherilyn Wolter) though, who left town in the eighties and never returned after her marriage to Jimmy Lee crumbled. Yes, Celia and Jimmy Lee were married back when they had no idea they were related. Yikes! Could this have been a reason for Celia to get out of dodge after discovering she was pregnant with Sasha and possibly changing her name and cutting all ties to escape embarrassment when the truth came out?

It was proven to be a fact down the road that Jimmy Lee was Edward’s son via an affair, but when Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) came to town asking for recognition of such and toying with the idea of reopening the debate over Edward’s estate, it was nearly squashed before Austin pulled the plug and decided he didn’t want to be tangled up in that mess. It worked out in the end because the Q family welcomed him into the fold, with much credit for that going to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). If Jimmy Lee is also Sasha’s father, this would make her and Austin siblings, and could open her up to a world of terror from his shady cousin, Mason (Nathanyael Grey).
