GH Weekly Spoilers: Willow’s Life Still On The Line, Molly’s Big Pregnancy Test

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for March 6-10, 2023, reveal Willow possibly getting that miracle already and Molly making a decision about her life.

General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait Is Still Dying, Michael Corinthos Is Still Dumb

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) arrives at GH hoping beyond hope that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is free to give her some bone marrow so the worst cancer story in soap opera history can end. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) quickly realizes that Liesl hopes giving her bone marrow will facilitate a relationship between Willow and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Michael doesn’t care as long as Willow lives.

However, he is also very concerned with that Pikeman shipment and is not as alarmed as Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seems to be cutting Dex out of this deal. How will he ever bring Sonny down for not wanting to be married to his mother anymore? Something like that deserves a horrible punishment.

G&H Spoilers – Molly Lansing Davis Takes The Test

It turns out all that alcohol avoidance was for naught as Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) is not pregnant after all. She and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) are disappointed about this and finally discuss the idea of having kids now that their careers are established.

They decide they want kids and are going to actively try for one. This seems like all’s well that ends well, but how often does that happen in daytime? Will it be difficult for them to conceive?

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is stunned when he learns that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has blocked him from taking custody of her baby. Esme is also stunned when she learns she was locked in a tower at Wyndemere for months. Ava Jerome (Maura West) fills Sonny in on some Wyndemere happening and she might learn what kinda happened to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) learn new information that might be able to bring them out of hiding sooner rather than later. And finally, Liesl and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) learn that they have something in common and are actually civil to one another.
