GH Weekly Spoilers: Death, Sadness, Mystery, And A Nurses Ball

General Hospital spoilers for March 27-31, 2023, reveal a sad and celebratory week in Port Charles as the soap nears 60 years on the air, making it the longest-running scripted series in all of television history. Well done, soap operas.

General Hospital Spoilers – Time To Say Goodbye

The anvils have been dropping all week as Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) discussed her ethics committee hearing and wondered why Epiphany Johnson never sent a letter on her behalf.

Epiphany is also not answering her texts. Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) also made sure to tell Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that Epiphany will likely be living in Maryland to attend Johns Hopkins University.

Sadly, Elizabeth is about to receive word that explains everything. Epiphany has passed away just as she was about to reach her dream of becoming a doctor.

Characters like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Felix Dubois (Marc Anthony Samuel), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Terry Randolph, and others will be on hand to say goodbye to Epiphany with a tender memorial.

Actress Yvette Nicole Brown also puts in an appearance as an old friend of Epiphany’s, as Brown is an old friend of the late actress, Sonya Eddy. It’s a sad time indeed that leads straight into the Nurses Ball.

GH Spoilers –  60 Years Of General Hospital

It’s 60 years of a soap and 60 years of the hospital it is set in and what better way to mark it than the Nurses Ball. That shindig starts on Friday with the red carpet arrivals hosted by Grey’s Anatomy’s Chandra Wilson.

Trina is Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) date and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) still wants to run the whole show, and she is doing it through Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) this year. Even Carly and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) set their differences aside for one night.

General Hospital Spoilers – Other Port Charles Happenings

Of course, we still have our spy games as Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) decides the necklace that Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) handed him is real. Too bad he figures out the codes on it don’t lead him where he wants and he may have just fallen into a trap.
