General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) could change his mind when it comes to nailing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) with the Pikeman shipment. After all, the newly married father of two has plenty on his plate right now. His wife Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is declining, and with Liesl Obrecht (Katleen Gati) nowhere in sight, there’s a good chance he could lose her, forever. GH spoilers for the week of May 8th suggest that Willow will give her hubby something important to think about. Ms. Corinthos has been going to bat for the mob boss, hard lately.

The last thing she wants is to leave this earth knowing her children are in a family that’s divided. She wants her daughter and son to have all their aunts, uncles, and cousins around them.

Sonny does bad things as part of his job, but he’s a complicated character that often does really good things for the heroes of Port Charles.

GH Spoilers – Willow Tait Will Change Michael Corinthos’s Mind, But Sonny Plays A Role In Things, Too

At the end of the day, Willow will likely change Michael’s mind about nailing his dad. With that said, Sonny’s recent actions have helped, too.

After all, he went through all the trouble to deter the authorities when it came to finding Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and hauling him in for insider trading.

Sonny not only did this so that Cain could save all the hostages on the Haunted Star, his nephew Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) is aboard the ship, but mainly he did it so that Liesl could be brought home ASAP to donate her bone marrow to Willow.

One could say that Sonny is a criminal with a heart of gold. Will Michael dig deep and remember this about his father, too? Before it’s too late?
