GH Spoilers: Will Tracy And Gregory Become Port Charles’ Newest Couple?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) may be the person to finally soften the eternally cranky Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott). Tracy is the daughter of General Hospital legendary couple Edward and Lila Quartermaine (David Lewis and Anna  Lee). She is and always has been a spoiled and entitled woman. She spent her younger years jealous of her brother Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) and constantly competed with him for their father’s attention.

In later years, she fell in love with Luke Spencer (Anthony Gear) and was with him until his supposed death. She recently returned to Port Charles and is making her granddaughter Brooke Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) life miserable. Could love turn Tracy into a kinder person?

General Hospital: Tracy Quartermaine And Gregory Chase

Tracy did not make the best first impression when she met Gregory. He overheard her harassing his son Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about his relationship with Brooke Lynn. She was telling Chase that he was not good enough for her granddaughter.

While Chase was intimidated by his girlfriend’s granny, his dad wasn’t and stormed over to the table to tell Tracy off. Their second meeting was not much better. This time he overheard her arguing with his good friend, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). He once again stood up to the bully and defended Alexis.

The two did not start off on the right foot but, then again, most people don’t with Tracy.

Are Feelings Changing Between Gregory And Tracy On General Hospital?

One of the few people that actually has a bond with Tracy is Gregory’s older son, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). His young daughter, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) has also taken a liking to Brooke Lynn’s grandmother.

Violet may be helping Gregory to see Tracy in a different light. She is sweet with his granddaughter, which is a side of her he hasn’t seen before. They may just be warming up to each other.

Gregory is a super-nice guy and a great dad and grandpa, all things which Tracy is not. A leopard doesn’t usually change its spots but maybe some of his kindness could rub off on her. Could we dare hope for a gentler Tracy?

What About Alexis?

Fans have been hoping for a romance between Alexis and Gregory, but so far only friendship has emerged.

There is no love loss between the two women, and Alexis would not be happy to see her friend with the evil Tracy Quartermaine. This may even make her realize her own feelings for the professor. A rivalry for his affections may emerge.

Of course, Gregory suffers from ALS, and Alexis is the only person who knows this. This may affect his relationship with either of the women.
