GH Spoilers: Will Nina’s SEC Secret Cause Conflict Between Lois & Olivia?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate there’s trouble on the horizon between Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has been hinting at a conflict between the besties; however, what will bring their friendship down? Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) or something entirely different?

General Hospital Spoilers – Olivia Quartermaine’s Slip Up

GH spoilers suggest Olivia will slip up about something in the days ahead. There’s a good chance she accidentally spills all about Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) SEC secret.

After all, she and Ned know that Nina was behind the call to the feds about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) insider trading.

The reason she’s keeping it hush-hush is because Nina just married Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and there’s no point in stirring the pot of drama.

Still, could Olivia accidentally talk about it with Ned, not realizing Lois is in the room, or something along these lines?

GH Spoilers – This Week’s Preview

GH spoilers for this week hint Lois will reveal something major to Sonny, and all arrows are implying that it’s about Nina’s SEC secret.

Whether it is Olivia or Ned, Lois will somehow become a part of the growing number of people who learn the truth in Port Charles. Looks like the big reveal will come on New Year’s Eve.

If Lois ends up telling all to Sonny, because of her loyalty to him, then this could drive a massive wedge between her and Olivia; especially if Ms. Quartermaine slipped and accidentally told Cerullo.

If Olivia did tell Lois, she also would’ve asked for discretion, so the fact that Cerullo ran to Sonny to tell him would make Ms. Q very upset.

If, for whatever reason, Ned was the one who told Lois (by accident or otherwise), and Ms. Cerullo encouraged him to reveal the truth (something also hinted at in this week’s GH preview), then Olivia will feel betrayed on so many levels.
