GH Spoilers: Who Poisoned Victor? Major Character Returns Offer Some Clues!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note some interesting developments on the horizon when it comes to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and his storyline. In a recent episode, the patriarch of the Cassadine clan found out he has a rare pathogen in his bloodstream attacking his body.

Finn Hamilton (Michael Easton) has been brought in to help Victor; however, the good doctor revealed that there is no known cure for Cassadine’s illness, and the outcome doesn’t look good for him. Based on the tests, it seems as if Victor was poisoned in November 2022. Who might be behind this all?

General Hospital Spoilers – Some Huge Character Comebacks In April May Offer Clues

GH spoilers suggest some massive character returns next month, which may offer insight into this storyline. Soap Opera Digest (SOD) recently announced that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will be returning to the daytime drama on April 14th. Alternatively, SOD notes that Jane Elliott will also be reprising her infamous Tracy Quartermaine role a little later that month, on April 17th.

It seems that both ladies are returning for the grand celebration of the soap’s 60th anniversary, but both women may also become suspects in Victor’s pathogen angle. Holly had plenty of motives as Cassadine used her as a pawn in his schemes, holding her son Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) hostage.

Meanwhile, Tracy could be looking for revenge for Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death. Either way, both women will be on hand to honor the show’s birthday, and will likely dive into some drama.

While Victor recently accused Laura Collins (Genie Francis) of being the one to poison him with this pathogen, this doesn’t seem like the mayor’s style. With all the character returns come April, could Luke be alive and the one seeking revenge against Victor in this manner?

Secretly pretending to be dead but releasing a deadly pathogen on Cassadine to gain justice seems right up Luke’s alley. Plus, he’d be able to show up back in Port Chuckles for some 60th-anniversary fun, and slip back out.
