GH Spoilers Wednesday, January 4: Warnings, Promises, Frantic Mothers

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 4 tease threats, promises, and one very frantic mother in Port Charles! Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) voices a warning, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) makes a promise, and a frantic Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) asks her daughter what happened!

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins’ Questions

A worried Laura Collins (Genie Francis) visits Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) at the Jerome Art Gallery, asking what Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has on her son. Not too long before she shows up at the Art Gallery, she was at Wyndemere talking to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and trying to convince him to let her help. Nikolas had told his mother if she took down Victor, she’d be taking him down too.

Victor could have a lot of things on Nikolas, he helped him when faking his death for over five years. But Nikolas is probably referring to something much more recent.

GH Spoilers – Warnings

At General Hospital, Spencer voices a warning that “she’ll blow you out of the water” and it’s to his father, Nikolas. That could fit more than one “she” considering Ava’s not too happy with him either; but he’s probably talking about Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). The shivering, six months or so pregnant Esmé made it from harbor beneath the North Tower to the Haunted Star, where she fainted and is being treated for hypothermia. Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) got her to the hospital and also called the police, with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) already there.

General Hospital Spoilers – Trina Robinson Has Her Doubts

Even though there were attacks by The Hook that night, Trina has her doubts that they caught The Hook in Esmé. Esmé was shivering, six months or so pregnant and no one said The Hook had a big baby belly. She says that she’s not so sure they did, and that has to be referring to Spencer’s theory about Esmé having been The Hook.

The Hook revealed herself after being shot by Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) down on the docks after attacking Josslyn and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). She’ll have to explain her actions in Thursday’s GH episode.

GH Spoilers  -Cameron Webber Catches Up

Cameron Webber (William Lipton) catches up with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and it sounds like they’re talking about Josslyn. Cam and Joss have been growing apart recently, but Cameron sounds like he still wants to try to fix their relationship. Scotty encourages him, asking what’s he waiting for and to go and grab her. The only problem with that is, Josslyn’s gone and grabbed somebody else and hasn’t broken up with Cameron yet!

General Hospital Spoilers – Promises

Meanwhile, back in Dex’s apartment, Josslyn, having irrevocably broken any promises she may have made to Cameron, makes a promise to herself. She tells Dex, their having had sex for the first time, that she will never tell herself those lies again. Exactly which lies she’s referring to aren’t clear, but it can be assumed lies she’s telling herself about herself.

Dex and Joss came straight from the docks after he saved Joss and shot The Hook in the arm, who unmasked herself as Heather Webber (Alley Mills). It sounds like a devastating disappointment’s in store for Cam.

GH Spoilers – Interrogation

At GH, Dante is interrogating Esmé, asking her first where she’s been hiding out for the last six months. As Spencer warned Nikolas earlier, she’s likely to blow him out of the water for false imprisonment and other crimes. Even Dante isn’t going to believe that Esmé is The Hook, not with her being six months pregnant and no evidence on her. He was curious about the Christmas ornament in her bag along with her clothing, but that’s about all she had. As far as the weapon, it remained on the docks in front of Britt, who’d knocked it out of Heather’s hand.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Frantic Mothers

Back on The Haunted Star, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had discovered Britt’s dress was torn and she was bleeding under it. She’s already started to cough, not realizing she’d been hooked through her bag, which she’d defended herself with. Liesl is frantic as Britt had passed out, and she’s trying to get her to tell her what happened to her!

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Huntington’s Disease will be what gets Britt. It’s the snake venom GH is out of antidote for.
