GH Spoilers: Victor Swallows His Pride To Beg For Help With A Family Matter

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) wants help with a family matter; he’s willing to bend, but the other person, maybe not. More specifically, it’s Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) he wants help with, and he wants it from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Upset

Spencer is pretty upset when Sonny brings him over to Wyndemere to pick up his clothing, having asked Spencer to spend the night with him. They have come from Kelly’s, where Sonny came and found Spencer talking with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) who was upset after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) dumped him. Spencer was very close to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) when he was little, her having been engaged to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) for a short time.

Sonny delivered the heart-rending news in person to Spencer that Britt had died, a victim of The Hook. Spencer and Cameron were both upset, but Spencer much more than Cameron-Sonny invited him to stay with him that night.

GH Spoilers – Arrival At Wyndemere

Spencer and Sonny arrive at Wyndemere, and follow Victor into the living room, Spencer telling Victor his relationship with his father is damaged beyond repair. Spencer continues, with Sonny close behind, telling Victor that Esmé being pregnant with his father’s kid only made things worse, and he refuses to be in the same house with him.

He pleads with Uncle Victor to understand, and Victor sighs, turns around, and tells Spencer to pack his things, and Spencer thanks him. Spencer turns around and leaves the room to go get his things packed to leave with Sonny, and Victor and Sonny continue to talk. Sonny honestly doesn’t care to have a conversation with the Cassadine patriarch, but he has to hang around until Spencer once again emerges with his luggage.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cassadine Against Corinthos

As Sonny waits for Spencer, Victor asks him to sit down and have a seat, and Sonny declines. He tells Victor that’s fine, but thanks him anyway, and Victor makes his pitch to Sonny for his help with Spencer. He tells Sonny that both of them care about Spencer’s future, and he thinks they can help each other.

Sonny tells him not even when hell freezes over, and Victor tells him this is as difficult for Victor as it is for Sonny. But Victor tells Sonny he’s prepared to put aside his pride for Spencer’s sake-the big question is, are you-there are stony stares from both men!
