GH Spoilers: Victor And Obrecht Find Common Ground, Sparks Fly?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will find common ground. Since it looks like Liesl and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) are headed to splitsville over Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) might it lead to a renewed romance?

General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Dumps Scott Baldwin?

It’s hard to believe that Liesl would dump Scott, but it certainly looks that way – she vehemently disagrees with his helping Elizabeth, who helped Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Apparently Liesl doesn’t believe that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) was the Hook and responsible for Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death-but, Heather still did it for Esmé and Liesl is livid. In fact, Liesl practically knocks Liz off her feet in a recent GH scene, right in front of Scott and a horrified Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Liesl is still bitter and angry over Britta’s death, and Nina intervened when she went into Esmé’s hospital room intent on killing her, baby or not. When Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) died, she tortured Peter August (Wes Ramsey) for killing her only son.

GH Spoilers – Two Grieving Parents Brought Together?

General Hospital spoilers show Liesl and Victor were involved many years ago, in fact, she used to tell victor that Nathan was his son in order to protect him from Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). That was in addition to giving him to her sister, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) to raise.

Now, Victor is grieving his only real son Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who’s faked his death as part of a plot to take Victor down.  It looks like during the week of March 6-10 the two might talk about their dead children and bond anew; Liesl’s grief may go unchecked and she might lose her motivation. Scott and Britt were her main reasons to stay redeemed and so she may become villainous again like Victor, and Victor may find he has a dead grandnephew as well.

General Hospital Spoilers – Grief Combined, Anger Unchecked, Villainous Supercouple?

Grief combined and anger unchecked may add up to a villainous supercouple since the two of them go back so many years together.  Victor’s Cassadine family has fallen apart with Valentin and Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) both presumed dead, and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) returning to the comforting arms of his grandmother.  Liesl, with no relatives other than Nina, will feel all alone in this world since bonding with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may not work out for either.

That all adds up to a very aggrieved and angry pair of former lovers who may become close again. Victor and Liesl may even fall in love again in their mutual grief and team up to take over the world!
