General Hospital (GH) spoilers report Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has betrayed the woman he was intending on spending the rest of his life with.
He knew the moment would come that she would figure everything out, and that moment is now upon him.
Standing in Ana’s living room, Valentine fielded questions without hesitation. He wasn’t holding back on answering her honestly, because he already knew she knew the truth and had put it together on her own.
Right now, Anna doesn’t know what to make of Valentin’s involvement with the Pikeman Group, but she will know everything soon and it’s going to leave her shattered.
Will Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) help her pick up the pieces of her broken heart?
Sonny and Anna have had each other’s backs a few times over the years, but this latest move against them has brought out a new opportunity for them to work together.
Normally, they’ve been on opposite sides of the law. But Anna has never shied away from breaking the rules to get justice. Even as a government agent, she was always aware of what could be proven, and what might take some finessing to make it happen.
She never lost respect for Sonny, despite the fact that he’s a well-known drug lord trading his commodities through her hometown.

This time around, they both think Anna was the only target of a recent shooting, and that will be further affirmed by the fire department noting her house was intentionally lit ablaze. But what won’t make sense is an attempt against Sonny soon that ties him back to all of it.
Being in this together just might push Sonny and Anna together in a whole new way.
Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been living her best life. She’s finally got an in with her daughter, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Her fiancé adores her and is ready to move forward with their wedding plans. What could go wrong?
Well, if Sonny starts to think he is at risk again, that Valentine’s Day wedding could be no more. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will have to shelve all plans for a white wedding — as well as plans for cross-marketing the Metro Court.
Instead, Nina will be biding her time wondering if her happy day will ever come as long as Sonny’s business always presents with a black cloud hanging overhead.
The more she keeps waking up without her man by her side in bed, and is left curious about what their future holds, the more she might start to wonder if she still wants this future with him at all.
Nina might start to suffer from a bit of boredom with this relationship, which will be quite a contrast to the women in Sonny’s past.
Normally, the likes of Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) have wanted to know every last detail of his business operations.
They liked the thrill of the risks that came with being a mob man, but not Nina. She’s just not cut out for this, and she’s not going to risk developing an anxiety disorder to stay in it.
But is her way out simply cutting ties after all this time, or might she capitalize on a betrayal and make Sonny look like the bad guy for straying with Anna? That is her typical MO. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this pans out.
