General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Tuesday, November 21, 2023, tease surprise visits, shared revelations and sobering truths.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets a surprise visit, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) shares a revelation and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) hears a sobering truth.
At Kelly’s, Carly gets a surprise visit from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who tells her what happened when Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) dropped by the Aurora offices.
Drew had told Michael they need to move to take ELQ now, because Ned is making himself a liability running it his way.
Carly wants to know what Drew is going to do about it. Drew was pushing Michael to move on the takeover right away, before Valentin hears of it.
It looks like Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) may be in the offices of Deception Cosmetics as he tells someone he’s out as he starts out the door.
There, he nearly literally runs into Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) who tells him maybe not, in response to his previous comment.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and the company want to market Cody and Sasha as a couple, the male and female Faces of Deception, after the response to their photo shoot.
They were stars on the set of House and Home as well, making sales of “The Deceptor” go through the roof.
Elsewhere, Curtis talks to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) about a revelation he’s had, and says she’s the only one who can understand what he discovered.
Perhaps he’s talking about the value of life, since both of them nearly lost theirs-Jordan, because of her one kidney, him, because of a bullet.
It is a big step if Curtis has realized that life is precious whether one has an acquired disability or not.
Jordan and Curtis will talk about this revelation, and possibly other family matters. They both have adult children in crisis, so it will likely be an intense conversation.
Elsehwhere, Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) questions Charlotte Cassadine, (Scarlett Fernandez) who is out of ICU but still in a hospital bed.
Nina tries to get Charlotte to confess what she did to make Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) go.
Charlotte will likely deflect about how dangerous Anna is, and how she has to protect her father from her, but not talk about her actions.
There is proof Charlotte entered Anna’s Metro Court suite and then she was shot in Maxie’s old apartment when Anna thought she was an intruder. Charlotte keeps saying Anna is dangerous and shot her on purpose.

In the meanwhile, Valentin is at the Metro Court hearing some sobering truths from Anna.
Because Valentin didn’t bring Anna into the loop when he knew Charlotte was stalking her, she confronts him and says he cannot be trusted. Anna is heartbroken to do so, but it sounds like she’s breaking up with Valentin.
It’s difficult to maintain a relationship with no trust, and apparently neither trust the other one. If Valentin had trusted Anna, he would have trusted her with the truth about Charlotte.
It looks like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may be in the Port Charles Grille where Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) just got a job as a dishwasher.

He probably won’t have it for long, with the ruckus Sonny, as a customer, is creating over him. Sonny threatens Cyrus that he will shut him down-permanently!
Sonny’s ire is definitely raised over something that Cyrus has done-and it could be quite a few things.
Perhaps he’s had his men follow Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and someone’s found his body and reported back to Sonny!
