General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Tuesday, December 19, 2023, tease determination, plots and pleading.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is determined, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) plots and Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) pleads.

General Hospital Spoilers – Determination

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn is determined as she tells her parents, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) nothing’s going to stop her from making this right.

Brook Lynn is talking about her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) having taken over Deception Cosmetics to give it to her.

Brook Lynn knows that the company belongs to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and she and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) should be making the decisions.

Brook Lynn wants nothing to do with the company, preferring to progress in her music promoting business. She’s not giving up until she gets the company back in the right hands.

GH Spoilers – Scott Baldwin Encourages Lucy Coe

Meanwhile, it looks like Lucy’s at the Metro Court with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) as he tries to encourage her-strongly.

He asks her if she’s just going to roll over and let Tracy win-not if Lucy can help it!

There has to be something she can do to get her company back under her control, even though Tracy is nothing if not a control freak. Lucy will have to come up with a plan that Tracy can’t override-but it won’t be easy.

General Hospital Spoilers – Family Meeting

Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) are outside in the park as they appear to be having a family meeting.

Martin stands by looking serious as Laura pleads with Cyrus to do something for her.

He’s been pointed at although not formally accused of being Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) killer even though Laura believed him when he said he wasn’t.

It looks, however, like something serious is indeed going on as everyone is very serious looking. Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) for one has huge problems with Cyrus.

GH Spoilers – Plots

At the docks, Anna plots as she talks to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about the Jameson Forsyth (uncast) murder case. Now that she knows John Brennan (Charles Mesure) is involved, she tells Dante that all changes tonight, and he’s going down.

Little do they know that Roman Hume (Mark Englehardt) has been tracking both of them and hacking into security systems, including the bank’s and the morgue’s. Dante and Anna are in serious danger, as Brennan has the same plans for them!

General Hospital Spoilers – Pleading

At Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) penthouse, Nina is pleading for Ava’s help. She tells her she needs her help before her world comes crashing down!

Nina’s already being leveraged by Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and controlled by his blackmail regarding her access to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and her grandkids.

Now Ned is blackmailing her too, if she doesn’t act as his corporate spy to see what Michael and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) are up to.

It seems like Nina’s only way out is to come completely clean to Sonny, and risk his rejection. But when he sees she’s being blackmailed he might surprise her even though she made an impulsive mistake.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Shuts Cyrus Renault Down

It looks like Sonny runs into Cyrus after he leaves talking with his brother and sister, and he shuts him down. Sonny tells someone they’ve already been replaced, and it sounds like that’s Cyrus-did he get him fired from the Port Charles Grille?

Sonny knows Austin was working for Cyrus and Austin was the one who got him his compassionate prison release. He also knows Cyrus ordered Ava’s kidnapping although Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) almost took it to murder.
