GH Spoilers: TJ Has A Baby With Someone, Molly Ices Him Out?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Molly Lansing Davis (Mia Holiday Kriegel) was devastated by the news that she will never have a biological child of her own. Asking her domestic partner — TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) — for some time to process this news wasn’t a big ask. Obviously, he obliged. TJ just wants Molly to bounce back from this soon as possible so they can get on with their pathway to parenting. But what if that’s not in the cards for them?

All of Molly’s life, she thought that she could have kids as soon as she was ready to have them. That’s not how this is panned out. Molly may soon throw herself back into work as a means of avoiding coping with the heartache of not being able to carry her own child — or even have her own child via surrogacy.

The longer that she pushes this topic to the side, the more TJ is going to feel like she’s never going to pick it up again. TJ might not have eyes for anyone, but rumor has it his drive to be a father could trump his love for her.

Alas, the apple doesn’t fall so far from its tree. Are TJ and Molly headed for the same fate that TJ’s mother — Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper)— had with his father? It doesn’t look like Molly is going to be ready to talk about motherhood anytime soon. That’s going to leave TJ feeling like he’s alone on this island, longing for a child that Molly may never give him.

While he doesn’t blame her, and he knows it’s not her fault that she cannot bear his child, he has to give credit where credit is due. Just how long is he expected to let Molly grieve this process without expecting some progress? When someone else enters the picture – baby in tow – TJ may find her hard to resist.

Enter Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). No one needs a father for her child more than Esme does right now. Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) may never come back to Port Charles for all she knows. Meanwhile, his family is barreling down on her in hopes that she will never have the means to leave town with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). Of course, if Esme were to attach herself to someone that the family couldn’t possibly diminish or disregard, it will be a win for her. Someone like…a doctor?

If Esme can use her cunning ways to manipulate a vulnerable and lonely TJ into falling for her son, who is to say she can’t do the same in making him fall for her? TJ does love a good damsel in distress. Will baby Ace make out in the end and walk away with a mom and a dad? What will happen with TJ and Molly’s domestic partnership if they are doomed not to have children because she can’t bear the thought of having any but her own?
