General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, October 5 tease confrontations, warnings and danger. GH is preempted Tuesday-Wednesday

so this will happen Thursday, with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in a confrontation, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) delivering a warning, and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) in danger!

At GH, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has just let some slippery remarks slide off her tongue when she realizes Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) doesn’t know about his father’s ALS.

GH Spoilers – Slippery Remarks

She’d asked him if he was okay and then asked him if he was in the hospital because of Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) whose ALS is getting worse.

Now she’s trying to sneak off after putting her foot in her mouth and Chase is not going to let her.

Chase tells Tracy she’s not going anywhere until she tells him what’s going on! She’s in a pickle, because even though Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) knows Chase didn’t yet.

Anna has shown up at Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) new house that he bought for himself and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and hopes for Anna to move in, as well.

Anna is upset as she asks him why would he keep this secret-it may have started as a surprise but now Charlotte’s issues may thwart his original plans.

It’s difficult to tell if the secret she’s referring to is the new house or Charlotte acting out and possibly having set fire to her house-Valentin suspects it.

Valentin is also in a pickle because he may feel Anna would bow out of their relationship if Charlotte is that upset, but there are major problems.

But the problems may be caused from beyond the grave by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) through implanted triggers and tarot cards!

GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson And Spencer Cassadine Affirm Their Feelings

Still in New York City after their first time making love, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) affirm their feelings.

Trina tells Spencer she couldn’t believe he’d do that for her. It was a very pricey trip, to be sure, with a Broadway show, fancy food and a fancy hotel suite.

But all that mattered to Spencer was being alone with Trina, the first chance that they’d had after returning to Greenland. This was a way to seal their love, a love that was years in the making.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gregory Chase Made A Bucket List?

Meanwhile, Gregory is at The Invader office with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and it looks like he might have made a bucket list.

He asks her if she wants to help him knock another one off the list, but is it work related or personal?

The eado before they die, usually when they have a terminal illness. There had been previous conversations of things he wanted to do, many of them family related and whatever time he has left, he wants to live to the fullest.

At the condo Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) lives in that belongs to Sasha, Sonny delivers a warning as even Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) looks nervous!

Sonny cuts through all of Gladys’ lies with his own personal brand of the fine art of insinuation, then lets her have it!

Gladys had accused Sam of having an affair with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and various other things to discredit what Sonny already knows is the truth.

Sonny tells her he knows exactly what she did and now she’s going to pay for it! Gladys’ fast talking doesn’t cut it with Sonny and he’s going to solve the problem that is Gladys!

Meanwhile, at Ferncliff, Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) has a syringe in his hand as a weapon and Sasha as a shield, as he tells his plans. Someone walked in and caught him red handed trying to inject Sasha as she struggled and screamed.

Now he’s got her as a hostage and says he’s walking out of there, and he’s taking her with him! Depending on who walked in on them, they may have a different opinion carrying a gun and calling for backup!
