General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, November 16 tease fears, epiphanies, and cries for help.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) shares her fears, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has an epiphany, and Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) a cry for help.

General Hospital Spoilers: Fears

Anna catches up with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and she shares her fears-she thinks Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) silence has destroyed them.

She’s talking about him keeping silent for so long when he knew his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was her stalker.

Although Anna probably understands why Valentin would want to cover for his daughter, it may not be something she can forgive.

It seems to prove that Valentin can’t and doesn’t trust her-would she have really had Charlotte arrested? It’s far more likely she would have pushed him to get her some help.

GH Spoilers: Epiphanies

Sam appears to have had an epiphany about something as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tells her she might be onto something.

Sam has been very concerned about her little cousin Charlotte and what her son Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) told them on Halloween night about Charlotte learning tarot.

Everyone seems to be coming to the same conclusion at the same time about Charlotte being controlled from beyond the grave by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).

It’s quite likely that he implanted post-hypnotic triggers similar to the way Dante was controlled to complete his mission.

General Hospital Spoilers: Austin Gatlin-Holt’s Not Going To Deny That

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) is obviously in an argument with someone, as he tells them he’s not going to stand there and deny that!

It looks like he’s somewhere in the Metro Court by the background he’s in front of-it’s possible that he’s arguing with Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Sonny told Ava some things about Austin that she didn’t like to hear, and she was bound to confront him.

Austin has feelings for Ava but she didn’t want any strings. That’s probably wise considering he knew Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was alive all along and he was taking care of him!

GH Spoilers: Cries For Help

Adam is at the door with another cry for help as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) listen.

He tells Josslyn she’s helped him in a lot of ways that she doesn’t even know. Dex will caution Josslyn about getting too involved helping Adam.

He’s picking up some uncomfortable vibes from the troubled young man.

General Hospital Spoilers: Blindsided

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is at TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and her daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) place talking.

It was probably Molly who left her tablet at the Metro Court, which Alexis was going to return. TJ had just gotten some very bad news from Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) who had miscarried their baby.

TJ told Molly to get home from working late at the office, and now Alexis asks her to get it over with, likely asking what’s wrong; a mother can tell.

Molly tells her she can’t get it over with, blindsided by the horrible news.

GH Spoilers: Cody Bell Comes Clean

Still on the Home and Heart set, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) had just told Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) she couldn’t work with Cody because she has feelings for him.

Cody happened to overhear the conversation; now she’s telling him her worries, telling him she can’t make that mistake again.

Perhaps she’s afraid to move forward with another romantic relationship after being widowed. Cody will come clean about something to her-might it be that he has feelings for her too?

General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Jerome Lashes Out

It’s probably Austin Ava is lashing out at, as she screams “Why didn’t you tell me”?! The topic of discussion is probably that Austin knew Nikolas was alive because he saved him that night at Wyndemere.

That was why he delayed in helping bury Nikolas, and Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) helped him.

All these months Ava had been fearful of people finding out she killed Nikolas, and all these months Austin hadn’t said a word, while Mason blackmailed her over his body!

Austin had previously denied knowing anything about Nikolas’ survival, but Ava’s likely found out he was lying!
