GH Spoilers Thursday, May 18: Troubling Tests, Suspicious Motives, Blindsided Exes

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, May 18 tease troubling tests, suspicious motives and blindsided exes! Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) faces troubling medical tests, Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) suspects Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) motives, and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is blindsided.

General Hospital Spoilers – Troubling Tests

At GH, a troubled Molly is in for medical tests and asks TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) what a fertility test is. It sounds like Molly’s endometriosis could be more serious than first believed-a fertility test would determine if she’s producing eggs. She was already worried about failure to conceive and now it sounds like perhaps she cannot even produce eggs.

Usually, endometriosis doesn’t necessarily mean that a woman can’t produce eggs, but that the uterine tissue grows in places it shouldn’t, possibly causing ectopic pregnancy. TJ and Molly may have a more difficult time starting a family than originally thought and Molly’s scared.

GH Spoilers – Jordan Ashford And Curtis Ashford Catch Up

Elsewhere, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) catch up, and Jordan will relay her congratulations. But Curtis has some doubts about taking that DNA test to see if Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is his daughter, and asks Jordan if he made a mistake doing so. Curtis had some major concerns when Selina Wu (Lydia Look) offered to make the test show Trina was his daughter-or not. Will Curtis tell Jordan what Selina offered and that she had “connections”-probably not.

General Hospital Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Plots

Elsewhere, Trina is with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) as he plots to put a stop to something. He tells Trina if “it” set something in motion, he’s going to stop it. Perhaps he’s talking about his Aunt Alexis’ offer to hire Esmé at “The Invader” and free daycare so she can take Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) to work.

Alexis knows Spencer wants sole guardianship of Ace, but if he doesn’t have a job either and can’t provide a stable home of his own he won’t get it. But she can certainly keep an eye on both Esmé and the baby, and nothing will get past Alexis!

GH Spoilers- Suspicious Motives

Meanwhile, Esmé has shown up at “The Invader” and is suspicious of Alexis’ motives, and comes right out and asks about it. She asks Alexis if she has some ulterior motive for giving her this job, but Alexis will swear that she doesn’t. Alexis is making a kind gesture for Esmé to get some work experience and be able to get out of the house with Ace while she’s working. If there’s any ulterior motive, it would be to see if she can spot any fakery on Esmé’s part regarding her amnesia or change for the good.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Friendly Warning

Meantime, Alexis’ daughter, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has obviously heard the news about her mother’s kind gesture to Esmé, as she comes to her office with a friendly warning. Sam wants to know what her mom plans to do when her friendly gesture comes back to bite her, not trusting Esmé as far as she can throw her. No one can prove that Esmé’s faking her amnesia or her “redemptive change” and she is Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) daughter.

If anyone could fake continuing amnesia and being something they’re not, a daughter of Ryan could do it – and Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) genes in the mix don’t help. There’s the nature versus nurture theory, but Esmé wasn’t all that nurtured either, although she did have a kind nanny.

GH Spoilers – Blindsided Exes

At The Savoy, Holly’s was blindsided-or acts like she is-when Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) showed up at the club and suspected collusion between her and Selina. She and Selina did have a successful joint venture, but were they talking about that drug that took away Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) manhood, or could there be more? That’s probably exactly what Robert asks her when she seems confused and asks him what exactly does he think she’s up to?

Holly wants to stay in Port Charles to win Robert back and even asked Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for a reference to the WSB. Might she change her mind now that Robert’s suspicious of her?
