GH Spoilers Thursday, June 29: Surprise Invitations, Pre-Prison Promises, Tempers Flare

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, June 29 tease surprise invitations, prison promises and tempers flaring. Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) has a surprise invitation, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a pre-prison promise and Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) temper flares!

General Hospital Spoilers – Surprise Invitation

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) responds to an invitation to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) home to be surprised by Violet. Violet announces she’s right on time for her date, and whether Finn meant it is a date or not, Violet sure does! She’s making her intentions clear even if Finn’s and Elizabeth’s are a little vague so far.

But after all the problems in their pasts, it seems like Elizabeth and Finn are making a good start to reunite as a couple. At least Violet seems to think so!

GH Spoilers – Portia Robinson Pushes The Envelope

At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) pushes the envelope as she tells Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) there’s something they need to discuss. Esmé has Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) in her arms so they’re probably there for a checkup. Portia had spoken previously to Esmé trying to influence her to leave Port Charles with the baby, hoping Spencer would follow. It looks like she’s following up on that plan and asking Esmé if she’s pursued it or not.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall And Dante Falconeri Enjoy A Date Night

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) enjoy a date night after the somewhat stressful goodbye between Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) and her father. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) didn’t expect to be in Pentonville for three years and Dante and Sam brought Scout to the Quartermaine mansion when he called. But Scout took the bad news all in stride, remembering when Sam had to go to prison and her and Danny Morgan (Zakary Risinger) visited her.

Sam and Dante seem to be relaxed although Sam has an odd question for Dante. She’s smiling and laughing but asks “where did that come from”

GH Spoilers – Dex Heller Discusses Sensitive Information

Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) sits with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as he talks about sensitive information with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Trina and Josslyn had talked about the fake evidence that would put Esmé away Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had left Spencer, Josslyn not thinking it so bad to set Esmé up. Trina thinks Spencer threw it away but he actually kept it in the lockbox just in case. Dex talks about turning evidence into the police and it being  more complicated than one would think.

General Hospital Spoilers – Pre-Prison Promises

It looks like Drew is getting ready to report to Pentonville and Carly makes a pre-prison promise. She tells him she’ll wait as long as it takes for them to start their life together. Drew also will make a promise, but she likely didn’t tell Drew that her fines are five million dollars-she told Joss she’d have to get a job. No one else can gift or loan her the money to pay the fines or it could cause even more questions from the SEC.

This is going to make things incredibly hard for Carly on top of the three year separation from Drew. There will be prison visits-she hopes-but would that cause SEC questions too?

GH Spoilers – Tempers Flare

Obviously something Dex says sets Spencer off, as he decks him and a female voice can be heard shouting questions! Maybe it’s something about turning evidence into the police that makes Spencer so angry because he’s considering using the fake evidence? The complication Dex mentioned is probably the police questioning how the person got the evidence if they weren’t involved in the crime or crimes. Spencer’s not doing himself any favors getting on the wrong side of Dex, even if Dex seems has gotten on the wrong side of Spencer through no fault of his own.

General Hospital Spoilers – Unrepentant Favors

After  Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) frantic scare thinking Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava or Grace Scarola) was kidnapped, she lit into Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) about setting the whole thing up. He brought Avery back with a balloon, claiming he’d found her wandering by herself-she admitted she’d chased after balloons. Austin is unrepentant about his favor but whether or not intentional, it does make a point.

She could have been kidnapped by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) with a tragic outcome. Ava, frustrated, asks him what he’s gotten her into.
