GH Spoilers Thursday, July 13: Not Guilty, Family Comfort, No Rest

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, July 13 tease someone says she’s not guilty, there’s family comfort and someone won’t rest. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) says she’s not guilty, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) tries family comfort, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) won’t rest until he finds out who the sniper was.

General Hospital Spoilers: Not Guilty

Sasha has been arrested for shoplifting by Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) because there were security tags on at least one blouse she meant for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Sasha obviously doesn’t want a lawyer after Chase has read her the Miranda rights, because she says lawyers are for guilty people. She was going to return it to Logan’s Department store because the tag was still on it, but then Chase showed up.

Surely she didn’t shoplift the whole two bags of garments that she had been buying earlier with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Sasha should get a lawyer though, that looks like some pretty pricey stuff.

GH Spoilers: Surprising Visitor?

Meanwhile, at General Hospital, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is surprised to see someone there. The immediate family is waiting for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to be operated on, so perhaps he’s addressing Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Not everyone knows Jordan is acting Deputy Mayor so she may have been expected to be looking for the Metro Court Pool sniper. However, as his ex-wife she may want to show support to the family, and certainly to her son TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) after the surgery, where he’s been called to assist. But even at that, Jordan saw the shootings and as Deputy Mayor she’ll have interest in the outcome.

General Hospital Spoilers: Gladys Corbin Plays Innocent

Elsewhere, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) plays innocent or perhaps spins a tale to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) as Sam asks what does that woman have on you? Somehow, it’s doubtful that the woman she’s referring to is Selina Wu (Lydia Look) so maybe she’s blameshifting to someone else. Sam seems shocked to hear whatever Gladys is telling her, and whoever she’s telling her about.

But Gladys won’t want anyone knowing what she’s really up to because that would mean giving up her hold on Sasha’s money. There’s no telling what pathological liar Gladys is up to now!

GH Spoilers: Selina Wu Confronts Cody Bell

In the meantime, still at The Savoy, Selina confronts Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) after her henchman gave him a good punch in the stomach upon finding white ink and marked cards. She sicced Li (Samuel Wang) on Cody after he tried to lie about throwing her game and even tried to resign. She says Mr. Bell learned how humanist they are, meaning next time it might be worse-like the time Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) found him in an alley. Cody had best behave himself in any future poker games, because Selina will be keeping extra eyes on him!

General Hospital Spoilers: Family Comfort

Back at GH, Stella tries to comfort an anguished Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) as the family waits and prays for Curtis’s surgery to be completed. She tells her he’ll fight to get back to her, with Trina and Curtis having just started to bond as father and daughter. Dr. Andy Lacey (Jonathan Ohye) is presently in the operating room with TJ assisting.

It is a complicated operation with the bullet lodged next to Curtis’ upper spine, which could mean paralysis. The fact that he’s never regained consciousness doesn’t seem like it’s a good thing either.

GH Spoilers: No Rest

In the meantime, Sonny is still determined to find out who the Metro Court Pool sniper was and if he, Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) or both of them were targets. The sniper is still being sought, with no leads so far, and even Anna has been trying to find evidence. Sonny tells someone he will not rest until he finds out, and he has to be talking about the sniper. As long as the sniper is out there, Sonny, Anna, and anyone close to them could be in danger, and this sniper left nothing that could be traced back to him.

General Hospital Spoilers: Code Blue

It’s not good news in the operating room as a code blue is called, and someone, probably Dr. Lacey, shouts “get a crash cart in here”! That means that Curtis has flatlined on the operating table and another complication is happening. He’s laying on his stomach with an oxygen cannula on his mouth and nose, and in the background a heart monitor shows a dangerous arrythmia.

Will Curtis make it with all the odds stacked against him? Or will the Ashford-Robinson family be left grieving-anything is possible.
