GH Spoilers: Stella Steps In To Defend Jordan When Curtis Rails Against Her

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will surprise everyone when she steps in to mediate an argument and ends up clearing Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) name in a whole new way. Jordan has been bearing the brunt of Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) frustration for the last few months.

As Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia prepared to plan for their wedding, it only then came to Curtis’ attention that his divorce from Jordan was never finalized. Of course, Stella was actually behind that debacle, but Curtis and Portia still don’t know that. They were forced to accept Jordan’s excuse that she somehow overlooked filing the papers, which left Curtis curious, and left Portia feeling like Jordan was hiding the fact that she was still in love with Curtis. In reality, Jordan was just covering for Stella so she wouldn’t land in hot water with Curtis and Portia. When Stella comes clean, it’s going to shake things up in a new way.

General Hospital Spoilers — Jordan Ashford Paid Her Penance

Jordan has paid her dues, and Stella has had enough of Curtis — and especially Portia — coming down on Jordan for things she hasn’t done. Curtis isn’t happy with Jordan for keeping Portia’s secret about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) possibly being his daughter all to herself. However, he does understand why she didn’t think he should hear it from his ex-wife. That being said, Portia is willing to clear the air with Jordan, if she’ll have it. But when Portia seems to want to level even more hatred in Jordan’s direction, Stella is going to have a problem with that.

GH Spoilers – Say Portia Robinson Isn’t Pleased

When Stella unleashes the truth — that it was her who stole the divorce papers Jordan was intent to file, and she’s the reason they never made it to the courthouse, Portia and Curtis will be stunned. Curtis can’t be that surprised that his auntie would meddle in his affairs that way, but he’s not going to overlook it easily, especially since Stella also withheld the truth from him about Portia’s secret — and as his family, he believes she should have came to him before he married his new bride. As for Portia, she’s going to be fuming that Stella tried to keep Curtis and Jordan married, and she’ll take it as a personal offense.

Curtis is going to see Jordan for who she is — finally. She might have been the ex-wife that couldn’t manage to stop keeping secrets from Curtis, but she’s not that person anymore, and she does genuinely believe he deserves better than that. Stella’s confession is going to force Curtis to see that Jordan’s interest was merely in making sure his family stayed intact. Jordan didn’t want Stella to ruffle Curtis’ feathers or disrupt their wedding plans. She actually had Curtis’ best interests at heart more than Portia has, which is going to make Curtis think twice about his decision to marry Portia.
