General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that while he has good intentions, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is getting far too obsessed with being a father figure to his little brother Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).

He wants to be there every step of the way and has adamantly rejected the idea of Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) and his baby brother moving out of the same house he lives in.

How heartbroken would he be if he ever learned that Ace wasn’t really a Cassadine, after all?

GH spoilers suggest that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) could return to Port Charles at any time. When he does, and now that the dust has settled, he could demand a paternity test before he names Ace an heir of his.

This would make complete sense. After all, Esme was a schemer at that point in time and who’s to say that she didn’t get pregnant with someone else’s child during her time away from Port Charles?

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Will Be Crushed

Spencer could easily win the award for best brother ever. It’s clear that he’s compensating for his own traumatic childhood of growing up without a father, but he’s starting to cross some lines.

After all, he can be a regular and constant person in his baby brother’s life without acting like his dad and having daily caretaker duties.

Still, fans can’t help but wonder if this storyline will take a shocking twist. After all, if Spencer finds out that Ace isn’t related to him, he’ll be crushed. Depending on his status with Esme when this happens, she could very well cut him off from seeing Ace altogether.

Then again, if the old Ms. Prince surfaces, she may work her magic and switch the DNA results on purpose to get both Nikolas and Spencer out of her life, for good.
