GH Spoilers: Sonny Will Lose Just as Much as Olivia with Eddie Staying at His Place

General Hospital spoilers tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had the best of intentions when he invited Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) to stay at his penthouse and utilize his connections to make a go of his career in the music industry. At the same time, Eddie was skeptical of why Sonny wanted to help him. The mob boss laid his cards on the table, acknowledging his longtime history with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

Still, while Sonny may have an agenda in keeping Eddie local, Eddie isn’t about to turn away the offer to play music and get back into the recording studio. Will he feel the same way about biting the hand that feeds him when he falls for Sonny’s woman though?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny’s Open Arms Are His Blind Spot

As usual, Sonny has gone out of his way to help the people he loves. There is no love lost between Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Sonny, but Olivia means a lot to him and he wasn’t going to deny her the chance to keep Ned/Eddie within arms’ reach.

Now, she’s sitting back and trusting Sonny to work his magic and help Ned remember who he is. While he’s at it, Sonny will remain utterly oblivious to the fact that his own fiancé, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), is working against his every move.

GH Spoilers Suggest Nina’s Friendship Means More Than She Knows to Eddie

Nina is eager to make sure Ned never remembers who he is, and that means fostering his designs on embracing himself as Eddie.

If Ned’s alter ego is set on being a rockstar, that is what Nina wants for him, too. But to Eddie, it’ll seem like she’s the only one who is truly in his corner, and not interested in making sure he remembers some other life he’s told he was living before his bump on the head.

When it feels like everyone else has an agenda but Nina, Eddie is going to start to see her in a very different light.

General Hospital Spoilers — Boundaries Will Be Crossed

Nina only started buttering Eddie up as a means of keeping an eye on him and luring him in so he would learn to trust her as quickly as possible.

She truly doesn’t have eyes for anyone but Sonny, but when Eddie makes a move in her direction, she also may not feel like she has any room to deny him.

His advances toward her might break Nina’s heart to cheat on Sonny, but she can’t risk losing control of Eddie — which is her only means of making sure she doesn’t lose Sonny.
