General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may have dodged a sniper at a warehouse recently with Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) help, but he’s not the only person in his family who is at risk. The whole flock could end up in danger if he’s not careful and cautious about who he lets into his inner circle.

Liesl would be the most likely culprit for targeting Carly, especially if she finds out that Carly has been hiding even more secrets. She’s already quite upset with her for concealing the truth about her niece, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), being Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mother.

Discovering that she also knew Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) died while saving Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) life is going to leave Liesl ticked off and ready to pick someone off. Will Carly pay for Liesl’s sick version of justice, and will Sonny be able to exempt her from it?

GH Spoilers – Hint Nina Reeves Is Tired Of Playing Nice

It’s also possible that Nina is finally going to crack — and take a crack at Carly. She’s tired of sharing Sonny’s heart with his ex, and she’s tired of coming in second to Carly with everyone else in their shared family unit. Nina just wants a fresh start, and she doesn’t want to live in the surrogate mom shadow that Carly casts over her with Willow.

If she can remove Carly from the equation by taking her down via the SEC and removing her from her family’s orbit, she just might have a chance to build real relationships with everyone without Carly meddling in it.

Selina Wu (Lydia Look) could also have Carly in her sights as she aims to take down her ally turned enemy, Sonny. Of course, Sonny doesn’t know they’re enemies, but Selina has been angling to get ahead of him in Port Charles for some time.

Dismantling his family is as delicious as dismantling his criminal enterprise, as far as Selina is considered. She knows he holds both equally as dear. Regardless of who targets Carly, Sonny may not catch on until it’s too late. Will he be able to save her, and what will it cost him?
