GH Spoilers: Should Sonny Corinthos Go To The Millow Wedding Without Nina Reeves?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have quite a dilemma on his hands. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) recently invited his father to his wedding. In light of recent developments, he and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) have decided to move their nuptials up, and the ceremony is set to take place very soon. With that said, it’s been made crystal clear that the invite is for one, with no plus-one. Should Sonny go to the Millow wedding knowing the heartbreak Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will endure by not being there?

General Hospital Spoilers  – Willow Tait Is Making Amends Before She Passes, With Everyone But Her Bio Mom

GH spoilers note that Willow has been working overtime to set things right with certain people in Port Charles. She believes her time is running out, and she’s approached both Michael and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to help smooth things over between the mob boss and his son.

Ms. Tait wants her kids to have something she never had: a ginormous extended family filled with aunts, uncles, and cousins. She recognizes that the divide between Sonny and Michael could affect her children’s relationships with Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) and Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) one day, and that’s the last thing she wants.

While Willow and Nina have made little progress, thanks to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), their aunt is currently being held hostage on the Haunted Star by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). In light of Liesl’s absence, Ms. Tait seems very determined to keep Reeves at bay and not at her wedding.

GH Spoilers – But, Should Sonny Corinthos Attend The Wedding, Knowing How Much It’ll Hurt Nina Reeves?

Sonny will likely go to the wedding, regardless of whether or not Nina is invited. That’s not because he doesn’t care, it’s because Ms. Reeves will probably insist. The mob boss attending the Millow wedding is a huge step in terms of his relationship with Michael. Both Corinthos and Nina know that if he snubs the event, it’ll bring this progress back by ten folds; for the both of them.

There’s also the complicated issue of Willow’s decline. Sonny adores Ms. Tait and as she is dying, if he didn’t attend her wedding, and she passed away before he could explain himself, he’d be devastated.
