GH Spoilers: Selina Wu Is Poised To Move In on Sonny’s Territory Just As Michael Levels His Enterprise

General Hospital spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) plan to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was finally coming together. He had managed to bring on Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to learn all of Sonny’s secrets, and ultimately, to come forward and reveal them to the police. But just as Michael starts thinking he has it all figured out, Dex will choose a different path — deciding to side with Sonny instead. This will put Michael’s entire family at risk; and he’ll be furious that his carefully laid plans have been completely undone by one person’s decision.

On Michael’s big day — as he prepares to walk down the aisle and say I do, somebody will get cold feet, but it’s not his fiancé, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Rather, the man he pulled on board to help him dismantle his father’s maze of organized crime is going to have second thoughts about seeing the plan through.

The closer Dex gets to Sonny, the more he likes him. That’s been challenging for him to reconcile with himself since he does want the freedom to date whomever he wants — and Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) wants Dex out of the mob. That being said, when push comes to shove, Dex is going to decide he made the wrong choice, and he’ll scramble as he tries to piece things back together as his boss gets carted away in a police car.

Now, with Sonny facing an uncertain future behind bars, his entire business will be in danger, too. Fortunately for him, there is one person who could potentially save the day — Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). It’s a good thing, since Dex is far from experienced enough to help, and it’ll only be a matter of time before Sonny figures out Dex was behind the takedown that landed him in a jail cell. Carly has been instrumental in helping Sonny’s enterprise stay afloat in the past. But before she can ensure that success again, she will have to face off with a formidable opponent — Selina Wu (Lydia Look).

Selina is a ruthless businesswoman who has made it her mission to take down Sonny’s empire and seize control of his territory. He just didn’t know it. Sonny was suspicious that Selina had been holding out on him recently, but she assured him that she was on his side and what was good for the goose was good for the gander. With him out of the way, Michael’s botched takedown will present an opportunity for her to finally make her move. With Carly determined to protect Sonny’s legacy and Selina intent on taking over, it looks like these two powerful women are about to go head to head.
