GH fans still can’t figure out why Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson)baby had to die right before Christmas in 2021 and why the character was tortured incessantly for the next 8-9 months.

One of the worst things to happen to Sasha in the months following Liam’s death is when she appeared on a home shopping channel as the Face of Deception and was forced to model a baby carrier.

Why nobody behind the scenes at the channel knew that this well-known fictional figure had just had a baby who died is still a mystery, but they know now.

Sasha had a meltdown on live TV when she believed the doll in the carrier was her late son and that was the beginning of Sasha’s very public meltdown that resulted in Glady Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) becoming her conservator and then gambling away half her money.

GH Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Has To Face Her Past

Now, Sasha has been asked to go back on the same channel in her Face of Deception capacity. She took some time off from her spokesperson job and feels ready to jump back into things now, but has all of her psychological trauma been addressed considering what happened to her after the Live TV incident?

She also killed Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) with her car and lost Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) to The Hook.

Sasha thinks she is ready and wants to prove herself and get her life back but it will be easier said than done. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will be nervous wrecks and this may not go as well for Sasha as she hoped.

Something tells us Gladys’ secret will also come out at this time, making Sasha the poor tortured woman once again. What will happen to her as Sofia Mattsson leaves for her maternity leave?
