General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that the drama will continue to heat up in the land of Port Charles. Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) recently had a pregnancy scare, which had them realizing they may want to expand their family after all. Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) have children way out of diapers and seem adamant that the last thing they want in their lives is a little one. When her test came out negative, TJ and Molly realized that they were ready to have children. This likely means the couple will struggle to some degree to conceive.

Dante had a recent chat with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) as he dropped Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) off at her dad’s house. Basically, the two talked about how kids grow so fast, and Dante mentioned that both Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) and Danny Morgan (Zakary Risinger) were teens now. When Drew asked about adding to their blended family someday, Dante made it clear that the ship has sailed. After all, combined, Sante has three kids, why would they want anymore?

In the land of soaps, this could be read as a “red flag”. Sam and Dante seem to like their romance the way it is, and it works. With their kids being older, they have the freedom to embark on adventures and enjoy one-on-one dates. Having a baby would certainly change that, but what if something unexpected happened? If Sam finds out she’s pregnant, she may be horrified at how her settled life could change. She may even contemplate terminating the pregnancy. How would her sister Molly react to all this? Especially in light of the struggles she may deal with in her own journey for a baby.
