GH Spoilers: Sam Learns Truth About Cody And Mac — Will She Keep His Secret?

General Hospital spoilers tease Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has assumed for the duration of her relationship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that they didn’t keep secrets.

Heck, he even shares confidential case details with her from work that he probably shouldn’t.

So the last thing she is expecting is to discover a secret and learn that her beau knew about it all along and just didn’t tell her.

When she finds out she has been helping Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and feels as though it’s at the expense of Mac Scorpio (John J .York) — his father — she’s going to have a problem with that. But will it pale in comparison to Dante keeping it from her?

General Hospital Spoilers — Cody Bell Confesses

Cody has had multiple run-ins with Sam since he moved to Port Charles. At first, she was skeptical of him; an ex-con artist like Sam knows how to spot a fellow conman a mile away.

But as she came to get to know him and give him some Grace — upon Dante’s prompting — she realized Cody was just trying to start over and plant some roots. Knowing she was grateful to those who gave her the same shot at a normal life, leaving her past behind, she gave Cody the same opportunity and tabled her judgment of him.

So when Cody confesses the truth to Sam about his familial relationship with Mac, she’s bound to feel like her decision to give him said grace has come back to bite her.

GH Spoilers – Suggest She Sees Nothing More Than A Con Man

According to GH spoilers, Sam won’t waste much time trying to reason with Cody. Rather, she might even resort to ridiculing him.

What plans could he have for his life that top having a father like Mac Scorpio in it? It won’t take her long to put the pieces together and recall the lawsuit Cody has been chasing after.

If anyone learns he is not Leopold Taub’s (Chip Lucia) son, he can kiss that $10 Million from the WSB goodbye.

Will Sam blow his cover in the name of doing the right thing — at least for Mac’s sake? She could consider it, but she’ll be left feeling she has bigger fish to fry when she learns she isn’t the first person Cody revealed the truth to about Mac being his dad.

When Cody claps back at Sam’s shaming and reminds her not to throw glass stones before taking a good look at her own glass house and who she’s sharing it with, she’ll be forced to ponder what his words meant and if they carry any weight.

Knowing Sam, she’s going to go straight to the source with Cody’s unfounded claims. What was he alluding to with his crass remarks that were clearly directed at his bestie, Dante?

When her beau doesn’t have a good answer that convinces her there is nothing to Cody’s subtle insults, Sam might take it upon herself to start digging around — for what, she won’t know.

In the meantime, Dante will have to contend with Sam’s offended feelings and curiosity about why he didn’t tell her what was going on with Cody and Mac.
