GH Spoilers: Robert’s Surprise, Holly’s Return

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) in for a surprise when Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) comes back from Greenland. While she’s been gone, he’s been getting closer again with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) but now that Holly’s back, he’s torn between her and Diane!

General Hospital Spoilers – Could Have Lost Her Forever Again!

It had been a very dangerous mission that Holly and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had left on by themselves, to get to Greenland and warn the rescue team. Drew Cain, (Cameron Mathison) Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had no idea Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had a pathogen. Unfortunately, Valentin found out very soon after their arrival, with him being used as a human guinea pig-which he volunteered; he couldn’t let the young people take the hit.

Liesl Obrecht, (Kathleen Gati) who’d been kidnapped to test the pathogen and create an antidote, had been stalling as best she could. Valentin was almost lost before Holly got the antidote to him and Anna and Robert worried he could lose Holly again for good this time-but here she is!

GH Spoilers – Torn Between Two Women

Robert will seek some romantic advice before this situation is over, because he truly feels torn between Holly and Diane. Not that he’d ever admit he’s getting old, but it’s like Holly is his youth and Diane is his-well, current state. How does he decide between Holly, who he goes back so many years with, and Diane, who he’s just getting to know personally, aside from opposing her in the courtroom? With Holly he has years of shared memories and experiences, with Diane, discovering they have more in common every day. Robert wishes he could go back in time knowing what he knows now and not make mistakes he did with Holly, but then, doesn’t everyone?

General Hospital Spoilers – Surprised By His Feelings

Robert is just as surprised by his feelings and his reactions to Holly’s return as he is that he’s starting to feel more connection with Diane. Robert’s never been in a situation where he has feelings for more than one woman at the same time-not romantic feelings and attractions. When Holly returned before leaving with Anna on the mission to Greenland, he knew where she was and that she was okay, but with the mission to Greenland, he didn’t.

Perhaps that is the reason that his old feelings for Holly came rushing back with this return-because he wasn’t in the loop and didn’t know she was safe. It’s a difficult time for Robert, not knowing whether to hang on to his past or move on with his future.
