GH Spoilers: Reason For Charlotte’s Behavior, Victor Implanted A Control Chip?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease there might be another reason for Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) bizarre behavior.

Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had her for several months, although she was in a Catholic school-could he have implanted a control chip or hypnotic suggestion to activate should he die?

General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Made Plans Far Ahead

Victor made plans far ahead in advance just in case his plot to depopulate the world with a virus didn’t work, or if he should die without it coming to fruition.

It’s obvious revenge on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was part of that plan, and it would be just like Victor to use Charlotte to carry it out eventually.

Victor and Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) as well as Peter August (Wes Ramsey) used hypnotic suggestions and control chips many times-no one would be surprised if Victor used something on Charlotte.

It would be just the perfect revenge not only on Anna but on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to have implanted a control chip or hypnotic suggestion in Charlotte.

That way Valentin could potentially lose the two people he loves most in the world – his lover and his daughter, especially if Charlotte became dangerous.

GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Should Recognize And Suspect What’s Happening

Anna should recognize and suspect what’s happening with Charlotte, but Valentin’s protective measures over her aren’t allowing her access to do so; she doesn’t know that her enemy is Charlotte.

If she doesn’t recognize it, then Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) certainly should, having been brainwashed himself to respond to a trigger-the problem is, he is preoccupied with outside investigations.

It was Anna who helped Dante get into the WSB hospital to be unconditioned several years ago, and he requested it because he wasn’t safe around his family.

Only Valentin and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) know it was Charlotte who entered Valentin and Anna’s Metro Court suite, ransacking it and vandalizing it, leaving a threat on the bathroom mirror.

General Hospital Spoilers – But What Is The Trigger?

The question that Valentin, Dante and Anna must answer, once Dante and Anna know about Charlotte’s bizarre behavior, is what is the trigger?

There’s a good possibility that Charlotte could be triggered by wearing her Cassadine crest necklace-if there’s a matching control chip in her brain, like Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) once had.

Dante was brainwashed to complete the mission with the clicking of a pen, and Charlotte could be triggered by certain words, or even hearing the name “Anna”-not surprising.

But could Charlotte be triggered to exhibit even more dangerous behavior-could there be a kill switch ready to go off?

Valentin and Dante need to figure this out, because others besides Anna may be targets as well!
