GH Spoilers: Portia Makes Her Decision-Will She Tell Curtis The Truth?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has a big decision to make, and she’ll put it off right up until it’s time for the “I do’s”! With ever increasing pressure from her conscience and others who she are sure knows Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) birth father, will she tell him?

General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Approaches

Portia is already pretty sure that Stella Henry (Vernée Watson) backed out of officiating her wedding because she’s figured out the secret, although she didn’t voice it. As if that wasn’t bad enough, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) approaches her before the ceremony. As she feared, Jordan confirms that Stella’s onto the paternity secret and that she’s been lying to both Curtis and Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) for years.

Portia tries to stall Jordan, but Jordan won’t be stalled-and Stella didn’t talk to either Curtis or Portia about the reason why, she feigned illness. Yet, she talked to Jordan about her suspicions, and that really upsets her, realizing her years of lies is the reason Curtis’ aunt backed out of officiating.

GH Spoilers – Portia Robinson’s Anxiety In The Bride’s Dressing Room

Jordan had approached her in the bride’s dressing room right before the ceremony and pushed her to come clean to Curtis before it came time for the vows to be read.  She starts getting anxiety, realizing her father Sterling Robinson (Ricco Ross) and brother Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) are there, Trina is there, Curtis’ father Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is there.

Plus, Marcus is there – and he and Trina don’t know they’re really not father and daughter even though they are bonded as such. Not to mention when she and Curtis reconnected a few years ago he had come right out and asked her if Trina was his, and she’d denied it! She weighs what the outcomes would be if she revealed that horrible truth in front of all of them, which with Jordan’s last minute confrontation she’d pretty much have to.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Case Of Nerves At The Altar

Portia initially decides to go through with the vows and hopes Stella or Jordan aren’t going to tell Curtis later, or even worse Marcus and Trina, which wouldn’t be their place. But as she actually steps up and meets Curtis at the altar, and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets ready to pronounce them man and wife, Portia gets a case of nerves. Laura is distressed, thinking Portia has gotten cold feet about going through with the marriage.

Trina gets a look on her face like she has a hunch about the truth too, at least in Portia’s mind. Portia is torn-she wants to come clean, but not here, not now, not in front of everybody; but will she lose Curtis if she delays any longer or either way?
