GH Spoilers: One Cassadine is Out — And Another Is Back From The Beyond

General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak The Haunted Star is going back to Port Charles with a twist no one saw coming. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) aren’t exactly the dynamic duo fans were expecting to save the day, but that’s not even the half of it. Apparently, a family member of Valentin’s is stepping up to the plate to rescue the hostages, leaving everyone scratching their heads in disbelief.

The whole ordeal is set to wrap up by the middle of May sweeps as Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) is slated to make her return to the world of GH — but is she coming as an apparition, or something more?

We might be in for the return of the one and only Helena Cassadine. We all remember her, right? The queen of the Cassadine dynasty and the master of puppetry?

Well, after a long absence, she could resurface just to stir up some trouble. Will she come back in the form of a spooky ghost, or will she waltz in to make sure her interests are protected?

If Helena does come back, she might have some unfinished business with her former lover, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), and his plans for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and his sons. Oh, the possibilities are endless.

Nikolas is not about to let anyone mess with his family. No way, no how. So when he wakes up from his coma on The Haunted Star, we better believe he’s going to be ready to take down anyone who poses a threat to his sons.

That’s going to be an uphill battle for a man with a brain injury who hasn’t moved in months though. Who might be the perfect accomplice to help Nikolas find his way to Victor and take him down once and for all?

Will she come to his rescue aboard the ship and take us forty years back to a time when she was doing much the same on the very same ship? Is Nik going to have any memory of what happened to him prior to ending up in Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) shifty care?

Will he know who was ordering him around and why Mason came to his aid? If he claims not to, is that going to be a ruse of its own until he can hunt down Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and make her pay in his own way? We are talking about a Cassadine here.
