GH Spoilers: Olivia’s Torn Up Over Ned, Opens Up To Dante

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is torn up over Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

At the very area where he tripped on that wet towel, hit his head and woke up Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) she opens up to her son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

General Hospital Spoilers – Keeping Busy

Olivia is changing and arranging beach towels on the chaise lounges around the Metro Court pool when Dante approaches her and asks what she’s doing.

He continues, and asks her doesn’t she have people who do this for her anymore, considering she is still half-owner of the Metro Court?

Olivia tells him yes, she does, but says doing it herself and keeping busy keeps her from constantly worrying, and Dante asks for clarification-is she talking about Ned?

Olivia takes a huge sigh, and admits that she misses him and talks about leaving him–as Eddie-at the PCPD last night and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) signing him out.

Olivia gets a sad look on her face as she tells Dante that it just felt all kinds of wrong, seeming unable to find exactly the right words.

GH Spoilers – In Good Hands With Sonny Corinthos

Dante asks her what is she supposed to do-“Neddie” didn’t want to come with them so Sonny’s got him, and Dante reassures her he will be just fine.

Olivia tells Dante that she knows that she can trust Sonny, it’s just that she has to come to terms with the fact that she’s lost her husband.

Dante asks her what is she saying, that she is going to give up on Ned? The problem is, Ned isn’t her Ned any more – he’s this alter ego he had back when Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and he were together.

General Hospital Spoilers – Her Frustration Is Understandable

Olivia’s frustration is understandable-her husband is Ned and he only knows himself as Eddie, and he’s not even the same Eddie as he was back in the day.

When Ned led a double life as Ned Quartermaine and Eddie Maine, rebelling to the Quartermaine control structure mainly by his mother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) he knew who he was.

But this Eddie doesn’t know who Ned is and doesn’t even remember Lois or their daughter Brook Lynn or anyone else.

Olivia tried to get him to remember with old photos of him as Eddie and that didn’t work either, all he remembered was a black guitar.

She’s just getting tired of wondering if he will ever remember his life as Ned, and questions why he doesn’t remember his former real life as either Ned or Eddie.
