GH Spoilers: Nina Busts Michael – Willow Begs Mom To Keep Quiet

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will get some stunning news during the week of May 22-26. We’ll see Nina face a major bombshell, so that could put her in a position that forces her to choose between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

Nina currently feels guilty about ratting out Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC, but Ava Jerome (Maura West) convinced her that coming clean would be a horrible idea.

However, GH spoilers say Nina’s on the verge of a shocking discovery that could shift her perspective. It could reduce Nina’s guilt and leave her wondering if she should reveal another big secret.

Although Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) backed out of using incriminating evidence to put Sonny in prison, that doesn’t erase the fact that he schemed with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to dupe Sonny and lock him up.

Will Nina get updates on what Michael planned to do and fume over Sonny nearly going to jail? That could be enough to make Nina alter her view of the situation and decide her own secret isn’t so bad.

That could leave Nina in a tight spot since Sonny deserves to know the truth, but coming clean would blow up the family and hurt Willow in the process. Right or wrong, could Nina afford to make a move like that and add to Willow’s hatred of her?

If GH writers really wanted to add to Nina’s dilemma, maybe Willow could find out what her bio mom knows and beg her to keep quiet. Since Michael didn’t go through with making Sonny pay, Willow might argue Sonny never has to know the real story.

Willow would be asking a lot if she pushed Nina to keep a secret of this magnitude, but it’s the kind of thing that could turn the tide and earn Nina some serious points if she kept quiet.

Of course, it could also leave Sonny feeling betrayed if he ultimately finds out Nina hid this from him.

Since Nina’s already keeping the SEC tip under wraps, the secrets could pile up and seal her breakup fate once they’re all exposed.

Will Nina deceive Sonny again for Willow’s sake? Will Nina find out Michael originally hired Dex for Sonny’s takedown and have to decide whether she’ll spill the news?
