GH Spoilers: Nikolas Coma Blackmail, Gatlin Family Boss Threatens Cassadine Patriarch?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that a comatose Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) will be used as leverage in some blackmail. There’s a good chance that the Gatlin family boss will threaten the Cassadine patriarch and use Nikolas’ coma to control Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)!

General Hospital Spoilers – The “Family” As In Cult Or Mob

It seems obvious that the “boss” is not actually a Gatlin or Holt relative, although both Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) have been “family” members. Austin has wanted out for quite some time, and Mason was sent to bring him back, so that implies the “family” is a cult or mob, maybe a combination of both. Nikolas was revealed to be comatose and on life support, being cared for at an unknown location by Mason, who obviously moved him from the tack closet in the stable.

Now Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has two comatose children, the other one being Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). Nikolas, like Lulu, could be in an indeterminate coma, meaning he could be out of commission for years.

GH Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Doesn’t Have Nikolas Cassadine

There was some speculation that possibly Victor had rescued Nikolas and moved him, since he had alerted his people to find Nikolas. But with the reveal of Mason talking to “the boss” on the phone about Nikolas, who he referred to as “sleeping beauty” that doesn’t seem likely. Victor doesn’t have anyone that he could leverage using the threat of pulling the plug on his own grandnephew, although he had seemed to threaten him for his bumbling. He’d told Nikolas himself he’d become a liability to the Cassadine family by sleeping with his son’s ex-girlfriend and keeping her in the north tower-but Victor did clean up the mess. However, someone who would have an interest in keeping Nikolas on life support and threatening to pull the plug could be a Cassadine family enemy.

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins Seems Left Out Of The Loop

Whoever this enemy of the Cassadines is, and it seems to be the female boss of the Gatlin “family” is leaving Laura Collins (Genie Francis) out of the loop. On the other hand, Victor hasn’t been contacted yet either, so she could be targeting both. Ava Jerome (Maura West) could be a target, since she is still connected though divorced from Nikolas-she’s the one who put him in the closet!

This “boss” could be involved in a combination mob and cult operation, which leads to enticing theories. It’s not Selina Wu (Lydia Look) although the two may know each other and could team up  – Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) might be a good bet.
